Prayer

Heavenly father, I know you are greater than anything I can comprehend and greater than everything you have breathed into existence. Although I do not understand your will, I know it is good, righteous, and just and I ask for strength in my faith in your will. I know you are with me at all times and I hope I remember to be with you at all times too. Allow me to be aware of what you want me to hear, see, and feel.
Give me the courage and strength to carry out your will. I come to you as a sinner, unworthy of your grace, unworthy of the sacrifice you made through your Son, our Lord and savior, Jesus Christ. I know Jesus was unjustly crucified to pay the ransom of blood for our lives. I ask for the strength to resist Satan and for your mercy when I fall. Help me with my struggle in forgiving those who I feel are being unjust to me and let me remember that vengeance is yours and you will pay it in your time. I ask this in Jesus' name, amen.
